Welcome to Eco Pro Maids. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Eco Pro Maids offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, seasonal cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning for seniors. Services may vary depending on availability and customer requirements.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our website. We will confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email. Customers must provide accurate details regarding the property size, condition, and cleaning needs to ensure proper scheduling.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the type of service, property size, and condition. Any additional work requested outside the original booking may incur extra charges. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our staff is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a service charge may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled date. Please secure valuables and inform our team of any fragile or special-care items. Eco Pro Maids is not responsible for damages caused by items that are already defective, improperly installed, or in poor condition.

6. Health & Safety

Our team uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. Customers must inform us in advance of any health concerns, allergies, or restrictions. For safety reasons, staff are not permitted to move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean or resolve the issue promptly.

8. Liability

Eco Pro Maids carries general liability insurance to cover damages caused by our staff. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damages, or items not disclosed as fragile.

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for booking and service purposes. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
